Alongside his international policy work, Kyle Bell serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Center of Public Service Innovation and Research at Nova Southeastern University, an NSU-supported research center. In this role, Kyle Ravi Bell engineered the analytical coding architecture for a multifaceted meta-analysis of succession planning in public organizations, enabling researchers to assess how leadership transition strategies affect institutional sustainability and organizational performance. He also mentors students at Nova Southeastern University in the design, statistical analysis, and presentation of original quantitative research, with applications across public administration, criminal justice, and policy studies.
Academically, Kyle Bell earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a Dean’s List student and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society, as well as Sigma Iota Rho, the national honor society for international studies.
